If you were treatment planned to have Moderate/Conscious IV Sedation during surgery:

• Do not eat or drink anything (with the exception of clear water) 8 hours before your appointment.  Small amounts of water may be consumed up to 3 hours prior to your appointment.
• Do not drive to your appointment, your ability to function normally will be impaired after your appointment.  Have someone drive you to and from your appointment.
